Wokingham Housing Limited (WHL) are pleased to announce that planning permission has been awarded by Wokingham Borough Council for the erection of two, three bedroom houses at Elizabeth Road, Wokingham. The houses will come with provision for parking as well as gardens and additional landscaping within Elizabeth Road.
These generous sized, new homes will make the best possible use of Council owned land that is currently under-utilised by 10 garages which have fallen into disrepair over a number of years.
Through building these much needed family homes at Elizabeth Road, WHL will be fulfilling its commitment to work for and with the Council in building social and affordable homes whilst enhancing communities.
The new homes will be the second approved development opportunity for WHL within the Norrey’s Estate where building is currently on-going at its flagship development in Phoenix Avenue.
